I’m going to IzeaFest, have tickets will travel

It felt like a dream. I almost never win a contest. I enter by commenting, I do all the extra entries, I tweet everyday about it until it is annoying, and I jump through every hoop. Most of the time, I get noda. I have tried to win a Flip camera and I tried to win Crocs and came up empty handed.

Just when I lost faith, I won! I won big. I have said that I wanted to go to Izeafest but didn’t really think I would get there. I entered this BenSpark’s Ultimate IZEAfest contest.

I did all the extra entries to win the the runner up prizes and I took a chance and did a video and entered for the main prize. I was the first and for awhile the only video. Then came the other entries and I lost hope. Then came the announcement of the winners. It got delayed by a couple of hours. I went to a meeting at work and came back and saw this tweet.

So what did I win you ask. Well I didn’t win the big prize but MommaDJane did and she is just as deserving if not more. Besides tickets to IZEAfest:
