Lands’ End Men’s Wool Cotton Button Mock Sweater Giveaway and Review

by BuckDaddy on December 16, 2009

sweater

Last week I reviewed a Lands’ End SnowSytem Jacket.  I got a Lands’ End Men’s Wool Cotton Button Mock Sweater in the mail the other day.  This sweater is awesome.  The Lands’ End Wool Cotton Button Mock Sweater is soft and warm.

The tempature has dropped here in Memphis.  The crazy thing about Memphis weather is it can be 40 one moment and then the next it can be 70.  The Lands’ End SnowSytem Jacket is great but the sweater is great for indoors.  I wore the sweater to a Christmas Party on Sunday night.  I got nothing but compliments.  Not being a fashionista, I asked my wife what she thought.  She told me that is was a classic look that was stylish.  Meaning that it was not a fad and I could wear it in year’s to come.

About the sweater

  • Super warm, plenty soft
  • Merino wool/cotton/nylon blend
  • Button-front/1/2 zip head opening
  • Rib knit cuffs and bottom
  • 50% Merino wool/25% cotton/25% nylon
The best part is you can win your own Lands’ End Men’s Wool Cotton Button Mock Sweater.

Here is how to win:

I've been admiring the Woman's Chalet Long Down Coat for the longest time. Would really love to have that! Hey…last week it was 19 degrees during the day, and I certainly could have used it! LOL

I love the Women's lovely fine gauge Argyle Cardigan in 3X. I love this mens sweater in in the Redgrape but will need XXL and 2nd choice would be Pine. The sweater is loved and going fast. There is not a Small, so many men's clothes don't come in small. Wonder Why?

The Women's Knit Mary Jane Slippers are adorable — especially in the Rich Red.

One item at Lands End that I would love to have as a present would be the cotton-bamboo towel set. Looks very soft.
