Last night, we went to Target. We went a bought some Diet Ice Tea for me and Orange Juice for Chelsea. She has a cold. The problem with Target is that you always buy more than you went in for.
We got our items and swung by home decor (come on we just bought a house). The other great thing about Target is that have a clearance almost in every section of the store. We were about to leave when we saw our brand on pasta on sale for $.74 cents. We also saw a sale on Smart Ones. They were on sale for 4 for $8. Normally I don’t pay attention at the cash register because Chelsea does. Last night, Chelsea was tired and not feeling well so I “paid” attention.
The cashier was ringing up the past and every other one was ringing up for $.74 and the other for $1.54. I told the cashier and she changed it. Next came the Smart Ones. Those started ringing up for $2.54 a piece. I did not stop her this time because at Kroger it comes off at the end once they hit total. Well the pirce did not drop after she hit total. So I asked about it and she took it off. I save about $7 to $8 by paying attention. That may not seem like a lot except that is a six-pack in my eyes. Also we shop at Target almost every other day. $7 x 15 days is $105 and $1260 a year.
So pay attention and you can save.

Good for you! The $7 to $8 is a pretty significant difference.
